Bladder Control Strengthening

I wanted to talk to you about bladder control strengthening. When you get older, you just start to lose control of things. You get weaker, you strain yourself easier, you don’t have the stamina you used to have and it is the same with your bladder. Most people just accept this as an inevitability of life. You just get older and you lose control of your bladder. You just accept that you have to run to the bathroom all the time and always looking over your shoulder to make sure there is a bathroom for you. It doesn’t have to be like this. I’m going to teach you about bladder control strengthening.

Your bladder system is set up quite unique. You have a tube that comes out of the bottom of it, to allow urine to leave the body. The bladder doesn’t really push the urine out though, so the bladder needs to be elevated to allow gravity to pull it out. A muscle that wraps around the tube and squeezes it provides the control. This prevents gravity from pulling the urine down and you having to run to the bathroom. The obvious solution to this problem is to get that muscle strong and working.

There are a few methods you can use for bladder control strengthening. An exercise you can do is squeezing your butt together. You should feel a muscle around your bladder flex and that’s the one you need to strengthen. You should give it a workout for about 10 minutes everyday. You can also use a supplement to help with the prostate. They have supplements designed specially for bladder control.
