This is rather simplistic, but the American founding father had it right, when they wrote the constitution. Basically State rights trumps federal rights, congress trumps the president, local sheriff trumps federal agents, stay away from foreign entanglements, no lobbyists, no political party system, just representatives representing there constituents, and financially no central banks, let congress control the issuance of currency, locally let the free market reign, internationally I don't know.

My only objection to this, and this is a broad objection that anti-statists make, is saying that democracy is majority rule. I don't support majority rule per-say, but 'democracy' as it exists in reality and not how it exists in [romanticized and faulty] theory, is a minority of voters voting for a politician for reasons largely irrespective of what the politician claims to do, and even more irrespective of what the politician actually does. I agree with your assertions regarding open borders. IQ is not simply about correlations Spawtalk. You have genes like for an example, CHMR2 and DTNBP1 that alone accounts for 11 IQ points. Genes are known to manifest later on earlier in life and so does IQ, i.e, it is behaving as a genetic trait. Genes controlling for height are known to regress when a person taller than the average height of the population mates with a person lower than him. IQ also regress, i.e, again, it BEHAVES like a genetic trait. So it's much more than just correlations.

I didn't before he started making videos on the topic but after hearing him and the responses, I could say that I favor close borders or at least more enforcement on illegal immigrants to further the "libertarianization" of the US. Open Borders can never work in a welfare state. Open borders works when there is a totally free market and most people work for the fruits of their labor. Currently, with all the handouts, open borders would be detrimental to the country bc the immigrants, after starting on the lower income brackets, would survive off of welfare, etc... but from a policy standpoint...open borders in a totally free market is the best solution...period.

@Ilikenuman I don't think there's necessarily anything right or wrong about that model of organization, so long as participation is voluntary and everyone who applies for the job is told up front what it entails. I personally think the "us vs them"-problem can be mitigated by limiting the extent of imposition of the majority upon the minority. But either way, we can't know for sure how democratic management compares to hierarchical management, until there's a free market to test it on.

The reason why they don't hire you, is because you probably don't speak Spanish, and many people who come there, sometimes can't speak English well. In that case, choosing the asian would be rational as the typical asian would be better than the typical South African. Of COURSE everyone knows that there are more factors at play. Simplest way to prove racism is bad is this. Lets just say I had to assemble a NBA team and I had my chose of any 12 players in the NBA. If I picked the top 12 black players, my team would be really good, but not as good as it could have been if I selected the top 12 players, eventhough blacks dominant the sport. Racism can be wrong and thus an inefficient behavior. By accepting that behavior, more harm is done than good, long term. Stopping today's battle may start tomorrow's war.

This logic is not based our current society. In our society, every individual is different. Different values, education, etc. Racism generalizes and characterizes those individuals. Saying you would hire the Asian over the South African highlights this generalization. Fact is that the South African COULD have a higher IQ thus being the better chose. You are basing your logic on a judgement & not facts. Basing any decision on a race factor will devalue your decision.

@Sinisterene Yeah it gets kind of ridiculous I can't not like Tyler Perry's House of Payne because it's a shitty show, it must be because deep down I'm a racist! Certain individuals I am naturally going to feel uncomfortable around by no fault of my own. It isn't even races really either but I can see how someone can be accused of being a racist or homophobic for feeling uncomfortable in a certain situation.
