yeah ive blown my fair share of fosgate amps also it seems that they have amazing potential in output but the component arent able to handle such power....but then again thats what you get when you have cheap asses trying to squeeze together every penny possible....instead of paying .20 cents for excellent resistors they would rather pay .11 cents for cheaply made generic shit

lol i have had 3 punch amps i fried all 3 lol 200s 400s and the 1200 watt one cant remember the model number. but they dont have built in fuses i soddered them back together of course lol. but if you open one up the main power going in you can see a thin piece of copper plate loking things one for ground one for power they are about 1/4 inch wide the alway melt in half on me so i put a good 1/2 gob of solder on top and they dont seem to let go then lol. did all 3 like that then sold them.

lol its all good man. yeah i had 2 15's the old skool ones with the bigger magnets they were the 200 ounce magnets and the suround was the ribbed type like the new type r's damn things will beat hard man. one of my bass pals had the red suround ones said competition series on the cone. im sure those were louder but he had 4 15's and 2 very small amps. i mean my 2 hit harder than his 4 so he had to have a weak amp lol

dude i wanna know who is spamming you on my channel. you wont believe what i found lol. i just found me a 15" rockford punch power the old skool power series the smaller one not the team version. the team subs were 4000 rms watts lol ( not sure if you know that or not i appologize if you already do ). this one however is 1000 rms watts 2000 peak but they usualy take around 1500 rms watts. i fond it for a measly 200 bucks.

yeah i was turning it up slowly to prove i have decent highs as well as lows lol. people kept telling me i had nothing but lows so i did a slow turning up the volume thing. it bumps ok i think not bad anyways. will be better eventualy.

lol, the one that never blew on me was the MA Audio, it was supposed to be 1000watts peak (500RMS) but i had it on a 2000 Performance Teknique amp @ 15.6 volts its around 1000 RMS & it was hitting really hard with very low frequencies.. & now the positive wire its all rip, but the coil & the subwoofer still in grea shape.. & its the old school models probably around 2002-04 its was used when i got it & the new models do suck i get you on the old models stuff ;]

and since all these newer subs are junk anyway lol it would be the reason why i am trying out different things trying to find the ultimate sub i cant blow. and i have blow alot. blaupunkts i had the transparent series subs there transparent blue color handle 200 rms each same as punch p2's they did well sounded good but only last me a year. old type r 12's 300 rms each blew them in 2 months. the cozmik i got kinda stiffed bought it realized it was a dvc sub only had one coil wired hmm ill email

yeah not trying to hate on kicker there not bad just they dont do music very well anymore i like my sound its gotta be loud but sound good to them old solo baric subs are the shit could put them in the smallest box and they they hit damn hard and sounded great. smaller the bos the harder they hit. i loved them old ones wish i could find another pair i dont know what i did with mine back in the day lol. my best friend growing up had the old skool rockford series ones damn things hit so damn hard

probably not these are not all that anymore and there kind of obsolete so i dont think they make them anymore. i wish i could find the oldskool style ones like i had when i was 16 damn things took one hell of a beating and kept on going there pretty much junk now. it claims 800 rms watts its dvc so 400 per coil so i ran 400 rms to one coil and it was smoking so i ran both coils and it blew in a couple weeks. there junk lol.
